Services & Features

Where are the Vanguard Exhibits storage facilities?

We work with trusted partners to ensure that your exhibits are stored safely and conveniently, wherever you need them. While we focus on providing seamless solutions for our customers, we’re always happy to guide you on how to keep your displays in excellent condition and find storage options that work best for you.

At this time, Vanguard Exhibits does not offer furniture rentals.

Stools and additional seating are not included with our portable displays. You may choose to source seating separately to complement your booth setup.

Our portable exhibits are designed for easy self-assembly, and we provide clear instructions for setup.

Absolutely! With a small deposit, we can provide you with mockups to give you a clear idea of your exhibit before production. Once you’re ready to move forward, the deposit will be deducted from your final order total. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with the design before we proceed!

Yes, we offer replacement parts and repair options to keep your exhibits in top condition. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
